I love this tbh. It’s such a creative way to get to know the studyblr/medblr community. :) Now 5 things that make me happy (in no particular order):
1. Sense of achievement. Pure sense of achievement, no matter how big or small. Just knowing I have achieved a goal or did something that made me proud makes me super happy.
2. Ticking off my to-dos on time. It’s such a satisfaction! I love to do my best work and hit deadlines (although I’m never too obsessed, I try to focus.)
3. Eating well and sweating often. It’s an awesome feeling to know that you’re doing well to your body, because my doc brain says ‘health is wealth’. ;)
4. Treating my family, friends and fiance. That’s the number one feeling that helps all of my serotonin ooze out. :D
5. Being a good person at heart, simple as that. Just knowing that I’m pushing through and being my own self (that is, coming real, trying hard and being a nice girl) keeps me content and happy. After all, sometimes all you need is this feeling to linger around so you can keep striving, feeling happy and making others happy too.
Cheers! <3
First weekend of 2016, and I couldn’t feel lazier! >_< I’m snoozing in my bed with the Kaplan Physio vdos and notes, reading chapter 3 and working out my concepts on action potentials and synaptic transmission.

And I’m lunching right in the bed too…

This is healthy rice food (called kedgeree) with some green side sauce and radish bits! Yeah, my way of eating it is not-so-healthy. Who cares on a lazy Saturday?
I do I do! LOL. Still.
Catch you after I finish both, my ‘fysio’ chapter and food!
Happy weekend! x

- What an uplifting post for today! x
I’m doing physiology from Kaplan videos and notes currently, and it takes quite some straining and boggin down on one page to literally absorb it. (This is for me, because I tend to suck at physio/physics/maths, sigh). Anyway, it’s all in the mind. So let’s beat it up!! ^_^
