19.10.16//Wednesday: I’m so happy with myself on having finished half of Immunology already, and I’m going to kill the rest in next 2 days. :) Oh, and it’s extreeemely sunny in Karachi today, so I’ve got some fresh veggie snacks to keep me going for another hour. :P

Hey guys! Although studying is important, self care is just as important. Sometimes during a busy day we can forget to look after ourselves. These are the things that I normally do when I feel like I’m stuck in the cycle of not feeling motivated or not wanting to do work.

Make peace with your inner self. Ease your inner conflicts and make sure you don’t ruin your own mind in an effort to please everyone. Limit the people you genuinely love, so you can love them fully everyday. The rest never mattered anyway.
