For some reason this choked me up a bit. I wonder who and what my 7 minutes of memories will be & I wonder if I would be a part of anyone else’s last 7 minutes. Powerful thought. As the old saying goes “People will forget things you’ve done for them but they will never forget how you made them feel.”

- Thoughts, please. (Sorry, I'm a newbie.)
This is my first post ans I wanted it to be something good. As a very anxious student I usually (reads: all the time) find it very difficult to relax during exams week, before important tests or during the week in general. So I put together a little list of things that help me relax.
1. food/drinks (following a recipe helps you not to think in whatever is making you nervous)
- peppermint/chamomile tea
- hot chocolate
- homemade capuccino
- smoothies combos (!)
- healthy-thingy bowls
- baking in general
2. music (i’d recommend listen to classical or music you don’t alredy know the lyrics for, grab that abound that released last month and you still haven’t heard)
- my 8tracks
- for acing exams
- indie focus
- i am tired, but i’ll be okay
- train songs
- rainy mood
- this is what 3am sounds like
3. strech (your back/shoulders/arms will thank you later)
4. plan!!! (having a so said “control” of your day, week, month, etc will help your mind to settle down a little bit, schedules and routines are a great way to put your mind at ease. go figure)
- how to start a bullet journal
- cute printable planners
- + cute planners
- weekly to do list/planner
- daily to do list/planner
5. more tips
- wear comfy clothing
- stay hidrated
- call a friend
- play a silly game
- exercise!!!
- do something you’ve been needing to do (tidy your room, the dishes, etc)

Hello, friends! (after 2 weeks, yep.)
Take my sorry first (for being so away from Tumblr). </3
These weeks have been CRAZY. I had this Students’ Week going on in my medical college. And I haven’t done much of my USMLE studies in all this time, so there was really nothing new to post about.
But first, let’s resume some Medblr posting with a lifestyle knack :)

Friday//10:52 AM, and I’m at home today, taking my rest before I start my studies.

Cooked these healthy noodles for two (dad and myself). ^.^

Eating healthy is self-respect! :)

Let’s do a targeted, systematic study and finish Kaplan Physiology in next 15 days. Starting tomorrow, I’ll be tackling 3 chapters per day…God give me the strength and motivation to complete it, amen! O:)

How’s the week rollin’?
Hey all, really tough days I must say. We are doing orthopedics and trauma module in university (I’m in 4th year of medical school), and I’m rotating in paeds ward these days (tough tough days). It’s like juggling the moon and the sun with both hands when you’re not much of a trained circus guy yet. Sigh.
Plus, I am wrapping up Physiology from Kaplan videos and notes as of now. Well, don’t ask me how much I did (cause it’s not alot, you guessed right?) But…oh well, let me say this: I did only two chapters yet. -___________-
Anyway, keep aiming high, buds!!! :) Keep studying and kicking that…motivation up up up! ;)
And…more updates later!
